You’re not just tired. Something feels off. You’re showing up. You’re doing the work.
But underneath, there’s a friction you can’t ignore. The usual fixes of more structure, more self-care, more strategy, aren’t touching it.
Because when your values and your day-to-day reality pull in different directions, it creates a specific kind of exhaustion:
Moral strain.
This is the work I do.
I help people and teams identify where that misalignment is happening,
clarify what actually matters,
and turn it into clear, concrete action.
Not abstract ideas.
Decisions you can make.
Moves that build trust.
So instead of reacting, second-guessing, or avoiding—
you know how to move forward.

Why
this isn’t
getting better
We’ve been taught to treat exhaustion as something to manage.
Push through. Adjust. Keep going.
But that’s not the real issue.
The strain comes from operating out of alignment,
when what you’re doing no longer matches what you believe.
Burnout is real.
But this runs deeper.
And it doesn’t get solved with better systems alone.
It shifts when you reconnect to what matters
and start making decisions from that place again.
ABOUT ME:
For 25 years, I’ve helped people find their footing and navigate meaningful change.
But three years ago, a health crisis took my voice, and I had to stop teaching about resilience and start living it.
That experience changed how I understand this work.
I’m not just a consultant, I’m a strategist who has navigated the same kinds of disruption, uncertainty, and pressure that I now help others move through.
I know what it’s like when what used to work no longer does. And I know how to help people reconnect to what matters, realign how they operate, and move forward in a way that actually holds.
I used to teach this work. Then I had to live it.

Here's What That Looks Like:
Moving from Crisis Mode to Consistency
I’ve spent 25 years helping individuals and organizations move out of constant reaction and into a more grounded, consistent way of operating—one that holds, even under pressure.
Building Cultures That Can Hold Under Pressure
From local teams to large-scale systems, I’ve helped organizations identify what truly matters and create practices that keep them steady, even when everything around them is shifting.
Translating Big Ideas into Daily Practice
My background in therapy, consulting, and training taught me that meaningful change isn’t abstract—it shows up in how decisions are made every day. I help you cut through the noise and focus on the actions that actually move things forward.
Turning Friction into Agency
I’ve worked with countless people who felt stuck or uncertain. I help you identify where things are out of alignment, where your leverage points are, and how to move forward using your values as a guide.

A story-rich main stage talk that builds hope and offers concrete tools for application, my keynote sessions are designed to shift the room. Using the lens and lessons of my own career and the transformations of clients I've witnessed as they shift from overwhelm and helplessness, to grounded confidence, I break down the myth of "resilience" and show audiences how to build a practice that actually holds up when things get messy.
